Registration ProcessStep One: Choose your study abroad leadership conference Step Two: Fill out the application and pay your deposit online or print out the application and mail it along with your deposit of $250. Step Three: Book your flight. Connie Tompkins at Group Travel Specialists will be happy to help you arrange the flight for you or your group from the city of your choice to the destination of your conference. Generally once you arrange your flight, you or your group will have approximately 3-5 days to pay for your tickets. Early booking usually means better airfare prices. Contacting Connie at Group Travel Specialists directly also means that you get the best airfare price from your location - no extra charges or hidden comissions for Global Next. If you are a group, it is best to have the group leader contact Group Travel Specialists to provide the list of names to ensure that the group is booked on the same flight. Then individuals will have approximately 3-5 days to pay for their flights. Payments are made directly to Group Travel Specialists. (connie@atrmissions.com or Phone: 1-866-439-9457) You are not required to use Group Travel Specialists. You are welcome to use the travel agent of your choice or book online. However, when chosing your own booking method, please check with Global Next first to verify the arrival window. This is important to insure that you arrive at or near the arrival times of other participants so that airport to hotel transportation can be arranged for the conference group. Step Four: Pay your final payment to Global Next approximately 45 days before departure. Approximately 30 days prior to departure Global Next will contact you with final details regarding your leadership conference. These details will include rooming lists, hotel information, training workbook, Global Next backpack and what-to-bring list.
