Day 1 (Thursday)

Board your flight to Europe. You will arrive in London the following morning! Sleep as much as you can for maximum enjoyment of your first day!

Day 2 (Friday)

Your program director, Dr. Phil Johnson will meet you at the London Heathrow Airport. From the airport we will board a private coach bus and head up to Oxford to St. Antony's College, our home for this week! We'll get settled, have a time of orientation and a preview of our leadership course. Following this, we'll take a walking tour of this charming town where you'll get to see the Sheldonian Theatre, where Oxford students graduate, Blackwell's Bookstore, the Bridge of Sigh, Christ Church College and much more! In the evening, we'll enjoy dinner and will have use of the student center on campus.

Day 3 (Saturday)

Today we will enjoy an all?day field trip out in the English Countryside. We'll visit Stratford?on?Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace and the mysterious stone circle of Stonehenge. In between we'll see plenty of beautiful countryside and also have a chance to shop for souvenirs. In the evening, we'll have dinner on campus and recap our day.

Day 4 (Sunday)

Today our Leadership Training begins on the campus of St. Antony's College, Oxford University. Class will include lectures, multimedia presentations, class discussions, small group discussions and class projects. In the afternoon, you will enjoy free time in Oxford where you can sit in the Eagle and Child pub/cafe, the very place where J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis debated philosophy. Or you can browse in the famous Blackwell's Bookstore where you feel smarter as soon as you enter! You'll definitely want to shop for souvenirs and purchase an Oxford T'shirt to make your friends jealous!
