Group Leader Instructions
Dear Group Leader:
Thank you for your interest in Global Next Leadership Institute. Our goal is to provide life-changing leadership training in some of the most interesting places in the world.
Students often sign up individually to participate in these leadership courses, but many times an adult leader will organize a group from their school, church or area. Let me briefly share with you the process and benefits of getting a group together:
Group Registration Process:
- Step One: Have each student fill out the leadership conference application and submit the application with a $250 deposit.
- Step Two: Contact Connie Tompkins at Group Travel Specialists to book your flights. GTS
is partnering with Global Next to provide the best airfares from your city. GTS will help arrange your flights and you will generally have 3-5 days or more to have students pay for their tickets. No extra fees are added by Global Next and early bookers usually get to take advantage of lower fares while late sign-ups can still
participate with slightly higher fares. If you are traveling with a group, it’s best to submit the group names to GTS at one time, however, names may be submitted individually and names may be added to your group later. Contact info: Phone: 1-866-439-9457/Email:

- Step Three: Sign the Payment and Policy form and Traveler’s Pledge form and return those to Global Next.
- Step Four: Pay your final payment to Global Next, which is due about 60-45 days before departure.
Benefits of Getting a Group Together:
- For every group of 7 students, one adult chaperone can attend the conference for free. (Group leaders are responsible for their own airfare)
- Group leaders may opt to collect additional funds from each student to offset the cost of their airline ticket. Global Next takes care of all conference arrangements, including your hotel, activities, conference training, conference materials, ground travel and two meals per day.
- This setup allows each group to depart from the airport of their choice or commute to an airport that provides cheaper departure prices.
- *Free chaperone spots do not apply to college programs or for our Israel Conference wherein all participants are over the age of 18.
What an International Leadership Conference Includes:
